Shipping Policy
Every SportsWear Nexus garment is made to order. Production begins only after you approve your free digital mockup.
Free worldwide shipping on every order. No minimums, no zones, no surprises at checkout — standard shipping is free, anywhere in the world. (Express delivery is available at checkout for $15 on US orders.)
How custom orders work:
- Pick your garment — choose the product, size, color, and quantity (minimum 5 pieces per design).
- Send your artwork — upload your logo in the customizer or email it to info@sportswearnexus.com after checkout. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) give the sharpest result; high-resolution PNG works too.
- Approve your free mockup — our team prepares a digital proof showing your logo as it will appear. Nothing is manufactured until you approve it. We will confirm your production and delivery timeline with your mockup.
- We produce and ship — your garments are manufactured to order and shipped tracked. You will receive tracking details by email.
Design notes: Fine logo detail may be simplified to stitch or print cleanly — we will flag this in your mockup if it applies. Thread and print colors are matched to your brand as closely as the garment and decoration method allow.
